About the course

The objectives of this course are to introduce the basic concepts of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. It also aims to enhance the knowledge and approaches of Human Resource Management and develop students' skills to handle tactfully emerging human resources challenges and issues and provide students with an in-depth understanding of fundamental theories of organizational behaviour.
